    Hi.I have a parcel of land in Naivasha, Kenya and i am thinking of growing aloe vera.Conditions are unsuitable for other cash crops unless using irrigation but aloe seems to be the only crop that can sustain the conditions.     Hi every body, Goin thru all above inquiries, I found every one enthusiast for growing aloe vera but lacking knowledge/expertise and none of the growers willing to share information. They simply telling costs but not about selling price or it's market. Looks as they do not want to share info of market/profits. So please do not jump blindly. Try first to gather info about it's market/cost of production and return (profit/lose). It is much costlier than other farming and labor intensive. Hard to sale in the market like other crops. Re-think before investing on it... Definitely there is good market but ....
