Hi, My name is Peter sending this mail from Nairobi Kenya. I am at my final stages of launching my small business dealing with purification, bottling and distributing drinking water. My main and only market is our major coastal town, Mombasa though I will bottle the product right here at Nairobi. While I was working on the espenses, I realised that the profit margin is very slim though I still feel its worthy to venture in the business cause I believe that most of the businesses do start small and grow big as the time goes by.

My question is that, what other tips can you add me on how to manage this business to enable be make it more profitable considering the tough competition and high cost of the main materials; bottles and transport as well? Regards Peter John.
